FAQ

What we are most often asked.

Answers in plain language. If you do not find yours here, email hello@peachstateai.com or book a qualifying call.

01

What is an Applied AI Firm?

An Applied AI Firm walks into an operating business, diagnoses where money is leaking, designs and builds custom AI-native systems that stop the leaks, and operates those systems until they compound. We are not a consultancy, not an integrator, not a software vendor. We produce running systems measured in dollars, not decks.

02

What is the Operational Leakage Map?

It is our diagnostic framework. Every mid-market commercial business loses money through the same five valves: Revenue Leakage, Labor Waste, Process Bottlenecks, Risk & Compliance Friction, and Decision Blindness. The Map is horizontal at the framework layer — the five categories hold across industries. The accelerators underneath them are vertical-specific. Every engagement begins by mapping leakage and dollarizing it.

03

What is a Qualifying Call?

A remote call, free. We will tell you honestly whether your operation has the kind of leakage a diagnostic can dollarize. If not, we will tell you what a better next step looks like. We do not take engagements that do not fit. It is called qualifying because qualification goes both ways.

04

How is this different from a consulting engagement?

Consultants produce recommendations. We produce running systems with measurable P&L impact. A consulting engagement ends with a deck. Ours ends with a system on your income statement, operated beyond go-live. The deliverable is not advice; it is the thing the advice would have told you to build.

05

What does an engagement actually cost?

We scope and quote each engagement against the specific work. We do not publish invented ranges. The qualifying call is free, and if the fit is real, we produce a scoped proposal before anything begins. No hourly rates. No surprise invoices. No commitment until the scope and the number are both on the page.

06

What industries do you serve?

Mid-market commercial businesses, across industries. The Operational Leakage Map is horizontal — the five categories of leakage hold everywhere we have ever looked. The accelerators underneath it are modular and industry-specific, and we do not pretend otherwise. The framework is horizontal. The implementations are specialized.

07

Do you work with companies outside Georgia?

Yes. We are based in Newnan, Georgia, and we work with operating businesses nationwide. Forward-deployed means we go where the operation is.

08

Do you sell AI models, or do you fine-tune them?

Neither, as a rule. Frontier labs produce capability. We apply the best available models to problems that matter inside an operating business. We build systems. We train on a client's data when the problem requires it, not because training is the product.

09

How big is the team?

Two founders and one founding advisor. We are small by design and take on a limited number of engagements at a time. You work with the people whose names are on the page. Meet the team on the who it's for page.
