We diagnose where a business is leaking money using the Operational Leakage Map framework — Revenue Leakage, Labor Waste, Process Bottlenecks, Risk & Compliance Friction, and Decision Blindness — then build the custom AI-native systems that stop the leaks, and operate those systems until they compound.
